We at Carewell Pharmapack has set up an ultra modern facility designed to meet all regulatory compliances and requirements. The company has been set up by the promoters of Carewell Glass & Ampoules Ltd. (who brings in over 30+ years of experience in handling and manufacturing of glass ampoules and vials) in close association with leading Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs which will help the company to adhere to highest levels of quality standards and meet the expectations of all stringent regulatory authorities across the world.

Sailent Features of the Facility:

• The plant has been set up over 3 acres of land and have a spare 3 acres of land to allow for further expansion. Expansion project for further enhancement of capacity is envisaged.
• There are 26 high speed ampoule manufacturing lines and 4 high speed vials manufacturing lines currently in production.
• Capabilities are to produce 1ml to 20ml glass ampoules and 1ml to 100ml glass vials in both clear and amber glass colors and have provisions to offer plain, opc and snap-off customized to meet requirements.
• All entries and exit from the manufacturing area are controlled by Biometric system and follow proper change room concept as per Pharmaceutical products
• There are separate and dedicated AHUs for manufacturing area, RM store, PM store and other ancillary and office areas.
• Flow of materials across the plant is linear to prevent any contamination or mixing.
