Easy handling at point of use
- Several colour rings can be placed on the stem OR body for identification purposes

Glass Vials
Tubular Vials are produced on state-of-art servo-controlled German and Italian Lines for exceptional accuracy. Vials are produced with Japanese Hot End’ Camera Vision systems for dimension inspection for all critical parameters and equipped with multiple camera systems for Cosmetic Inspection. Robotic loading directly from tube bundle and automatic feeding of Glass tubes along with robotic packing minimizes human intervention and improves yield & efficiency whilst reducing scratches. USP Type 1 Neutral Borosilicate Glass tubes are sourced from the highest quality tube producers.

Vials for Efficient Lyophilization
Due to a need to accelerate time-to-market cycles and increase shelf life stability of biopharmaceuticals, a keen interest in robust and cost efficient lyophilisation has leapt into the limelight. A streamlined lye cake is crucial for better-automated inspectabilty-and indeed fundamentally vital to the chief priority of ensuring patient safety. For crystalline formulations, any lensing effect of the vial-bottom during freezing must be avoided. Our vials for lyophilisation have a specially designed bottom to preven breakage and a blowback feature to fit the required stoppers and prevent pop up of the stoppers during the cycle.
Vials can be customized with the following features:
- Blow back (European and American)
- Flat bottom vials, suitable to lyophilisation process
- Plain neck and screw neck finish
